Pipe Dream

BID FOR REPEAT WIN GOES DOWN THE PIPES

A bid by Matthew Roberts to retain his title in the Pipe Dream race at Dolgarrog ended in disappointment when he and a couple of the leading runners went off-course.

There was an outstanding run by Eryri's Miranda Grant on her return, as she finished a superb eighth overall, while Sarah Barnwell broke Ellie Salisbury's L50 course record.
